T-ARA Hyomin Celebrates birthday with a brightly lit cake!

T-ara threw member Hyomin a birthday party by bringing a brightly lit up, beautiful cake to her so that she could make a wish and blow out the candles!

As it’s May 30 in Korea, T-ara’s Hyomin turned 25-years-old and celebrated her birthday, revealing her thoughts on beginning a new year to Kyungje Today.

She said, “In the past, I was very excited and liked it, but now I think about my age once again, so I feel more and more weight on my shoulders.  I feel more burden and more responsibility, so I’m not very happy, but I think I’m still as excited as always.”

Hyomin then revealed she most looked forward to turning 34 as that was the age she wanted to get married!  As for the words she disliked hearing, Hyomin chose, “How old are you again?” whereas there were no words she particularly wanted to hear.

She revealed that while her mother was pregnant, her mother had dreamed she was holding a basket full of snakes from which a particularly big serpent ascended to the heavens. As for her most memorable birthday, Hyomin said, “When I was young, I invited all of my neighborhood friends to my house where we did trivial things like eat yummy food and had a party.  I think that was the most fun.”

Hyomin also said she wanted a break as her birthday present so she could go on vacation right away.  In the past, she had wanted a younger sibling, but that never happened.

She was asked which star she wanted to hear “Happy birthday!” from and chose Lee Hyori, saying, “Maybe it’s because I researched and monitored her the most while preparing for my solo album, but only her face keeps coming to my mind.”

 

T-ARA To Release Limited Europe Special Photo Album

It’s been revealed that girl group T-Ara will soon start selling their special photo album, which was taken in various places in Europe.

The photo album will be split into 2 parts. The pictures in part 1 were taken in Italy while the pictures in part 2 were covered in Paris and Swiss. It will be a limited edition with only 7,000 copies sold.

T-Ara took unique pictures during their travel around France, Italy and Switzerland. They also had the opportunity to plan and direct the photo shoots proving their talent in another area of the arts.

The limited edition will consist of their best 500 pictures out of their 30,000 cuts. It will also include songs from their first album all the way to their “Best of Best” album.

T-Ara’s limited Europe-special photo album is a thanks to their fans who have loved and supported them. About 65,000 albums will be sold within southeast Asia and outside of Korea.

T-ARA ‘Sexy Love’ Official Music Video (Dance Version)

OMo!~ I am so damn Lovin’ this!!! I Absolutely L.O.V.E this single!! ‘Sexy Love’…U simply ROCK! I never thought that after all the negativity surrounding T-ARA since 2 months, I will be able to love these girls & their songs anymore…But I am super happy that they proved me wrong! The QUEENS are back with a BANG!! About the track ‘Sexy Love’, it’s being composed by the current kpop market favourite, Shinsadong Tiger who has also composed their earlier super duper hits including my last fave of theirs ‘Lovey-Dovey’. Maybe that’s the primary reason, this song somewhat has the similar catchiness & beats…To be honest I knew from the first time i saw the teaser…that I am gonna be absolutely ADDICTED to it! & the hell I AM!! About the MV…well not much…has the usual unusual T-ARA concept which many ‘netizens’ think is a photocopy of SNSD & the Wonder Girls which I feel is ridiculous…I just wanna ask these people…’How the hell do you guys think will new concepts spring up? If you do not like these girls then please keep your mouth shut rather than uttering such nonsense!’…(Ok maybe I wen to be too harsh!) I hope I haven’t offended anyone of you guys! mianhada if I have! Anyways guys do check out the MV & let me know your opinions asap!  Njoy! 🙂

T-ARA to return in September with ‘Mirage’ album!

Omo!~ Don’t these girls get tired…like ever??:O

Earlier reports that stated T-ara might be making a comeback next month have been confirmed.

The group will release their 7th mini-album ‘Mirage‘ on September 3rd KST. Agency Core Contents Media announced on August 30th, “The title track is ‘Sexy Love’, the fourth song [created for T-ara] by Shinsadong Tiger and Choi Kyu Sung after ’Bo Peep Bo Peep‘, and ‘Roly-Poly‘.”

CCM further mentioned that ‘Mirage’ was originally planned for release in early August, but because of the recent controversy, T-ara’s comeback was delayed by three weeks.

The agency also explained why the T-ara members had kept quiet until they released an apology letteryesterday: “The reason why T-ara stayed silent the past month is because the issue was a personal matter between the members. However, misunderstandings are causing other misunderstandings, and the T-ara members sincerely apologized for personally causing the controversy and creating misunderstanding.”

“T-ara and Hwayoung had a meeting where they resolved their differences, understood each other, and apologized. We’ve decided that we can no longer delay the comeback because of this issue in which not one person is the victim, not one person is the wrongdoer, and misunderstandings keep piling up.”

CCM concluded, “We once again lower our heads and apologize for causing disorder and misunderstanding among so many people, and we promise to [never let an issue like this arise again].”

T-ara will also be holding concerts overseas in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan and more from mid-September to November.
